How long does shipping take?
Orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is free over CA$150.
Where do you ship?
Across Canada and to the United States.
Can I return a pair?
Yes, within 30 days, as long as the package is sealed and undamaged. Prescription orders are final sale.
How do I order prescription lenses?
Add the frame and lenses to your cart, then email us a current prescription and your pupillary distance (PD). A licensed optician reviews it before anything is made.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax, and tax is calculated at checkout.
